Upcoming events:
Starting on Sunday 2nd June, the Worship Team will lead a Breakfast Service at 9:30am in the Social Area of East & Old Church.  You will be most welcome to attend this short informal service on the 1st Sunday of each month, which will include a light breakfast.  It will be led by different members of the Team each month in addition to the regular Sunday worship at Inverarity and Forfar.
We now have Christian Aid envelopes.  If you wish to contribute the usual arrangements apply.  Please return them to the Church during the next two Sundays or hand them into the Church shop.

"Can you help? We are looking for anyone who can drive and has a car to help out in our car pool for transporting Swiss guests out to Restenneth Priory on Friday 5th July in the afternoon, and to/from Inverarity church morning of 7th July.  Even one leg in/out is a huge help.  Please see Karen L if you can help."

East, Old and Inverarity Church Ceilidh.  Advance notice - Friday 5th July at 6pm, tickets £10 includes 2-course meal and ceilidh band.  Come and join our Swiss guests for an entertaining evening. Tickets on sale 2nd June.

Volunteers needed each Sunday for refreshments after the East & Old service.
East & Old Cosy Corner are looking for 2 or 3 new helpers to join the team,  helping every 4 weeks or so.  All that is required is making a pot of soup or sandwiches, serving and cleaning up.
If you feel this is something you could volunteer your time for, please speak to Jean Alexander (Forfar 463860)
Food Appeal: we would be very grateful if you added in a few extra items to your weekly shop for the food programme at Strathmore Primary School as they are really short at this time.  All donations can be brought to the church    or we can pick them up.  Thank you in advance.
Need a lift to church any Sunday – please let us know!
