The Property Group looks at the fabric of all church buildings and in our case that is East and Old Church, Inverarity Church and Church Hall, East Manse and the two properties we currently have a half share in at Turfbeg Road and Old Halkerton Road. All these buildings must be inspected yearly, and a variety of safety certificates validated. There is also a maintenance plan to be followed and all insurance procedures followed. |
