The Property Group looks at the fabric of all church buildings and in our case that is East and Old Church, Inverarity Church and Church Hall, the Manse in Turfbeg Road, Forfar and the property we currently have a share of at Old Halkerton Road. All these buildings must be inspected yearly, and a variety of safety certificates validated. There is also a maintenance plan to be followed and all insurance procedures followed. |
